Anti-Bullying and Anti-Violence Plan
To prevent and stop all forms of bullying and violence targeting a student, a teacher or any other school staff member. Bullying and violence are extremely serious offences that are addressed accordingly by our center. In response to Law 19 – An Act to prevent and stop bullying and violence in schools, this document outlines the procedures necessary to respond to the elements prescribed by the law.
Educational Project
This educational project is a strategic tool through which CDC Pont Viau has defined its policy orientations, priority actions, and expected results to inform its community in this regard, with a view to ensuring educational success for all students regardless of age. This educational project reflects the characteristics and needs of the students who attend CDC Pont-Viau , as well as the community’s expectations regarding education.
Governing Board
The governing board of a centre plays a crucial role in overseeing the centre’s operations, ensuring it meets its educational goals, and maintaining accountability to the community. The board acts as a liaison between the centre and the community, fostering partnerships and maintaining communication with parents, local authorities, and other organizations. Our board is made up of teachers, staff, administrators, communitr member and students ensuring we have representation at all levels. Below we have outlined the dates of our meetings, should we get a request for the meeting minutes from the community we will provide such notes.
