This recognition confirms the program as a specialized training course for licensed professionals involved in planning, supervising, or carrying out construction work.
The course targets:
1.1.1 Contractor for new residential buildings covered by a warranty plan, Class I
1.1.2 Contractor for new residential buildings covered by a warranty plan, Class II
1.3 Contractor All Buildings
